• Research Initiative for Scientific Enhancement (Rise) to the Post-Doctorate: Biomedical research program that provides salary, tuition, medical insurance, funding for supplies, and travel.  Available to U.S. citizens, non-citizen nationals, and permanent residents.
• NMSU Graduate Awards: Several fellowships and monetary awards are available for all NMSU graduate students through the graduate school.
• NMSU Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry Awards: The department provides monetary awards annually to graduate students for outstanding academic, research, and teaching performance.
